The Japan Geoscience Union Meeting 2024 is being held from May 26 to 31 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.

All members joined on 28th and gave presentations on this study in the session “Holocene paleoenvironment, paleoclimate, and paleohazards in the Pacific Islands” (M-GI25). Dr. Yamano also served as the representative convener of the session “Climate Change Adaptation and its Social Implementation” (H-CG22) on the 24th.
